Credit Controller - Support Centre

You will be working in a team of 6 people in a busy Credit Control department. This is a varied Credit Control role where you will be responsible for dealing with customer payments, liaising with Selco stores for customer queries, monitoring customer credit limits, credit checking and recovering overdue debt
You will need to have at least 2 years Credit Control experience in a fast paced environment. You will have worked as part of a team, and have a flexible and decisive approach when covering other team members’ accounts & roles. Ideally you will have experience in credit checking
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate all of the above as well as showing an aptitude for success through confidence, accuracy and team work to ensure we achieve our service guarantees.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Credit Controller in a busy, high- volume environment
* Excellent communication skills, with particular focus on telephone manner
* Confident in dealing with customers and internal departments, providing great customer service
* Good Organisational skills
* Ability to resolve issues
* Keen eye for detail
* Ability to work in a team to achieve department goals
* Proficient Excel Skills
