  • Experience in training design
  • Excellent communication, influencing and networking skills
  • An independent and proactive approach
  • IT system training experience would be an advantage
  • The flexibility and the need to be mobile is essential.
  • A Full UK Driving licence is required

You

You’ll need to be people focussed and have a passion for learning & development. Working alongside a Regional Director and many branch managers you will be able to manage your time well and adjust your plans at short notice to meet the many requests coming in from your internal customers. You’ll be eager to learn new skills including first aid so that you can pass on your knowledge to our colleagues. In the short term (approximately 12 months) this role will be part of a rollout team to implement and train our people on a new IT system, so being flexible in working hours and having the ability to travel and stay away from home is a must.
