What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to all employment relations queries in line with our policies, and within our agreed SLAs after asking all relevant questions to fully understand the situation and query
- Draft relevant letters and supporting documents, ensuring they’re well written, grammatically and factually correct, include everything that is necessary, and written in a way to minimise risk
- Ensure stakeholders understand the policies, processes, options/advice given, and tools available
- Provide effective administration in relation to casework, logging and maintaining on PeopleXD
- Proactively contribute to the team, working collaboratively, sharing knowledge, giving feedback and ensuring an effective working relationship
- Use MI to identify trends and recommend appropriate action to improve performance and drive continuous improvements of our service
- Attend internal and external training as required
- Keep up to date and informed with relevant legislation
- Provide face to face and note taking support to managers in the Support Centre
- Maintain and develop supporting tools, such as policies and framework
- Case manages complex cases, striving for a satisfactory conclusion whilst informing the appropriate People Partner and Regional Trading Director for the area
About You
- Currently operating in an ER / HR Advisor / Generalist role
- Able to demonstrate credible ER knowledge
- Strong listening and communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong influencing, coaching and questioning techniques
- Attention to detail
