The Job

*         Assisting with the provision of daily reporting to the branch network.

*         To support marketing comms by providing mailing/SMS/email lists.

*         Loading and analysing Customer Contact Management campaigns.

*         Liaising with other departments and Branch Management staff.

*         Supporting the reporting needs of the wider Marketing Department and other Departments where necessary.

*         Analysing web-based analytics from Web sales and web visits to online customer journey metrics.

*         Making complex data easily digestible and actionable.
