The Job

Working within the Transport team to provide operational support to the business.

This role is responsible for

  • Answering telephone calls and dealing with branch requests. 
  • Processing vehicle repairs.
  • Booking maintenance inspections
  • Raising purchase order numbers for invoicing.
  • Maintaining vehicle file management.

On a day to day basis we liaise with our branches and suppliers to ensure all tasks are completed.

This role is a varied role with different challenges making no day the same but with the satisfaction of know that our branches are provided with the best service.

Admin experience is preferred however full training and support is provided.
