Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.

Duties

  • Answering telephone calls and responding to emails

  • Liaising with branches and suppliers

  • Booking planned vehicle and MHE services

  • Maintaining vehicle file management

  • Consumable ordering

  • Raising purchase order numbers

  • Processing invoices

  • Processing fines & penalties

Experience

  • Proven work experience as an Administrator

  • Administrative Assistant, or similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
